SHIPPING

Shipments to European Union countries are generally delivered within 15 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder. For any issues, contact us.

All orders are subject to a 48/24-hour preparation period. Afterwards, the shipment will be sent to the carrier. The carrier's transit time is added to this period.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us an explicit communication (e.g., via email to support@arzedi.com) with your order number. We will then provide you with the return address.

The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once you have communicated your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to physically return the items.

The cost of standard return shipping is covered by us. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or instructions for reimbursement of the costs incurred, unless you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one we offered at the time of purchase.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or your proof of shipment (whichever occurs first). The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, we invite you to place a new order after receiving the refund.
RESPONSIBILITY & SHIPPING ISSUES

We are responsible for delivery until the products are in your hands or those of a third party designated by you. However, it is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot intervene on the package once it has been shipped.

If a package is delivered to the provided address and is marked as "delivered" by the carrier's tracking, we cannot be held responsible.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence of the recipient, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (at your expense) or proceed with a refund, deducting the initial shipping costs and return handling fees.
