Shipments to EU countries are generally delivered within 7–15 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam or promotions folder. For any issue, contact us.
All orders are subject to a 24/48-hour preparation time. The parcel is then handed over to the courier; the courier transit time is added to this period.
You have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear request, for example by email at support@arzedi.com, including your order number. We will then provide the return address.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Once you have notified us of the withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to physically return the items.
The standard return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
The refund will be processed within 14 days from our receipt of the returned goods or from your proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
We are responsible for delivery until the products are in your hands or in the hands of a third party designated by you, but it is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot intervene once the parcel has been shipped.
If a parcel is delivered to the address provided and the courier tracking shows it as “delivered”, we cannot be held responsible.
If a parcel is returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect address or prolonged absence of the recipient, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or a refund, deducting the initial shipping costs and return handling costs.

If a package is not collected by the recipient and is returned to our warehouse by the courier due to non-collection, the refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee on the total order amount. This amount will be deducted from the total refund to cover the costs of handling and restocking the goods.
