Our return policy gives you 14 days from the day you receive an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item. That way we can look into it and put it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved. If it is, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may take some time to process and display the refund.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGE – RESTOCKING FEE
In the event that a package is not collected by the recipient and is returned to us by the courier due to non-collection, the refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee on the total order amount. This amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the costs of handling and restocking the merchandise.
