When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. Arzedi reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until Arzedi confirms acceptance. Before accepting an order we must receive and process payment. Please check the order carefully before submission, as Arzedi may not be able to fulfil requests for cancellation of an order after acceptance. In the event of rejection, modification or cancellation of an order, we will notify you by contacting you via the email, billing address and/or telephone number you provided when submitting the order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange exclusively in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You declare and warrant that you make purchases for personal or family use and not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the actual price at the time of submitting the order and you can view it in the order confirmation email. Once the products are transferred to the courier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans appearing in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may have access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services and which we do not verify or control or integrate.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arzedi, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, merchants, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees payable to any third party as a result of: (1) your violation of these Terms and Conditions of Service or the documents contained therein, (2) your violation of laws or third-party rights, (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claims, provided that non-immediate notification does not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defence and settlement of such claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but we shall not settle claims requiring non-monetary obligations on your part without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld). You shall cooperate in the defence of non-indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.
